Shena Anglin is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Accounting.  She is a member of the Beta Alpha Psi international honour society for accounting, finance and information systems students. She is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma academic honour society for top business school students.  She also received an award for excellence in Phi Kappa Phi honour society at the end of her senior year.  Phi Kappa Phi is the most selective honour society for all academic disciplines, accepting only members in the top 7.5% of their second semester.

Ms. Anglin obtained her CPA qualification in 1998, licensed in Maryland, USA and is a member of CIIPA, the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants.  She spent a year of her career working with RBC Private Banking in New York City.  She also gained two years’ experience in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Ms. Anglin also holds the STEP Certificate in International Trust Management with distinction.

Ms. Anglin obtained her real estate license in 2018 and since then has pursued a passion for providing exceptional client service.  She is committed to offering buyers and sellers the opportunity to pursue their property dreams in the Cayman Islands.  Whether it be for a personal family residence or an investment, Shena is dedicated to helping you find that perfect property.

Mitzie Bailey was born and has lived her entire life on the beautiful Island of Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

Mitzie has experience in project management, small resort and restaurant management (in the early 1980’s), more than 40 years property management and financial services experience.

 A proud graduate of the Cayman Islands High School, Class of 1980. Mitzie also has an Executive Certificate in Global Leadership from The University of Texas at Arlington and the University College of the Cayman Islands, Certifications in Project Management (RBC), Coding for Women-Coding Cayman, Real Estate-University College of the Cayman Islands and annual certification in Anti-Money Laundering/ Terrorist Financing.

The many years of managing projects, extensive banking experience (from Foreign Exchange Clerk, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, to being the first Caymanian woman to become the Interim Country Head at one of the largest Banks in the Cayman Islands) and therefore her extensive work in property management inspired Mitzie to continue her pursuit in Real Estate Development and Sales.

Giving back is an integral part of Mitzie’s life and therefore she enjoys volunteering at the University College of the Cayman Islands, sharing her knowledge in the Field of Banking, volunteering for Meals on Wheels, and sharing her faith.  In her free time, Mitzie can be found doing her arts, crafts and personal home décor.
