To advertise with us, you will be required to first complete a brief Pre-Registration form with us. After completing your pre-registration and your request has been approved, you will be provided with our Package Plans and other relevant details to proceed with your actual Registration and selection of your desired Package Plan.

Property Listings Package Types
Full Service Listings
Where client contracts GPL to List and provide ALL services in due process of contracted sale or rental of listed properties
List own Property
Where client lists own property with intent to sell or rent by way of own efforts, but combined with optionally selected services provided by GPL on an a-la-carte basis
Please Note: Services are not included in our Standard, Featured and Premium plans if Plan Type is “List Own Property”. Instead Services are Offered/Provided on an A-La-Carte basis, which means, when listing your own property, you choose what services you will require to carry out your property sales, rentals or purchases.
Property Management
We also provide Property Management to any client, whether Full Service or Self Listing clients during or after sale, purchase or leasing of properties
