It shall be legally assumed that when Registered Members of GemPropertiesLtd.Com post/submits a Property Listing or Advertisement  Listing on our website, that this is done with full legal responsibility of the individual posting/submitting said content/data, to have carefully read, agreed thereto and consented to the Terms & Conditions of Gem Properties Ltd as well as our website usage.

All data that was submitted on our site when posting/submitting any listings, along with the user’s IP Address and Browser User Agent string for User Electronic Identification, is collected and stored within our website databases ONLY and not stored or shared with any other third-party businesses or persons.

After approval of your User Registration and Property Listing or Advertisement Listing, your profile data and picture will be visible to the public in the context of your intended and legally consented submission of your data on our website.

If you upload images to our website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
